SAN DIEGO – Con lluvias significativas y vientos fuertes pronosticados durante el fin de semana debido a los impactos del huracán Hilary, la ciudad de San Diego se está enfocando en los preparativos para tormentas y tomando medidas proactivas para prevenir inundaciones, al mismo tiempo que insta a los residentes a tomar medidas para proteger sus hogares. , especialmente aquellos en áreas propensas a inundaciones.
