Washington, D.C. - The U.S. Department of Education's (Department) Office for Civil Rights (OCR) today released new civil rights data from the 2020–21 school year, offering critical insight regarding civil rights indicators during that coronavirus pandemic year. Fallbrook – The Palomar College Education Center in Fallbrook has been selected as a voting center for the November 7, 2023, Special Election.  Voters living in the Fallbrook Public Utility District or Rainbow Municipal Water District will cast their ballots to ratify the decision of San Diego County Local Agency Formation Commission (LAFCO) to authorize the Fallbrook Public Utility District and Rainbow Municipal Water District to separate from the San Diego County Water Authority.
