Inaugural Southern California Asian Pacific Islander Festival Begins April 29 in Oceanside

SAN DIEGO – The San Diego College of Continuing Education is presenting a March 23 panel discussion of women surfers detailing their journey of breaking down barriers while battling misogyny in a male-dominated sport. Titled "Under the Radar: Lifting Each Other So That We All Rise," the event is slated for 12:30 to 2:30 p.m. at the San Diego College of Continuing Education's West City Campus, 3249 Fordham St., in San Diego's Midway District. Under the Radar will include a welcome reception and exhibit, in addition to the panel.
