PEDESTRIAN HYBRID BEACON ON SAN MIGUEL ROAD AT SUNNYSIDE ELEMENTARY SCHOOL FEDERAL AID PROJECT NO. HSIP H9-11-017; ORACLE PROJECT NO. 1023426; BID No. 11919.
Sealed bids will be received at the Department of Purchasing and Contracting, at 5560 Overland Avenue, Ste. 270, San Diego, 92123, until 2:00 PM on December 1, 2022, at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud. Contract documents including Plans, Specifications and Bid Forms are available for download on the County Buynet site: https://buynet.sdcounty.ca.gov. You must be registered at the site in order to download documents. The Contractor shall possess, at the time the contract is awarded through Contract acceptance, a California Contractor’s license, Classification A, General Engineering. The cost of construction is estimated from $300,000 to $315,000. Bid security of no less than 10% required at time of bid. Successful bidder shall provide Payment and Performance Bonds for 100% of the contract amount. Prevailing Wage rates apply. The Owner, as a matter of policy, encourages Disabled Veterans Business (DVB) participation for this project. Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE): The DBE contract goal for this project is 16%.
