The County of San Diego, Owner, invites sealed bids for:

Sealed bids will be received at the Department of Purchasing and Contracting, at 5560 Overland Avenue, Ste. 270, San Diego, 92123, until 2:00 PM, Local Time on April 22, 2021 at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud.
Contract documents including Plans, Specifications and Bid Forms are available for download on the County Buynet site: https://buynet.sdcounty.ca.gov.You must be registered at the site in order to download documents.
The Contractor shall possess, at the time of submitting the bid, a California contractor’s license, Class A, General Engineering Contractor.
The County’s estimate for this public work project is from $ 90,000 to $ 95,000 for Total Bid.
DVBE participation for this project is encouraged, but not required.
Bid security in the form of cash, or a certified or cashier’s check, or a Bidder’s Bond of no less than 10% executed by a company duly authorized to issue bonds in the State of California and certified by the U.S. Department of the Treasury is required at time of bid. Successful bidder shall provide Payment and Performance Bonds for 100% of the contract amount. Prevailing Wage rates apply.
