The County of San Diego, Owner, invites bids for TIJUANA RIVER VALLEY SPOONER’S MESA STORMWATER IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT, ORACLE PROJECT NO. 1027068; BID No. 1211

Sealed bids will be received at the Department of Purchasing and Contracting, at 5560 Overland Avenue, Ste. 270, San Diego, 92123, until 2:00 PM on November 15, 2024, at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud. Contract documents including Plans, Specifications and Bid Forms are available for download on the County BuyNet site: https://sdbuynet.sandiegocounty.gov. You must be registered at the site in order to download documents. The Contractor shall possess, at the time of submitting the bid, a California contractor’s license, Classification A, General Engineering license. The cost of construction is estimated from $544,071 to $2,000,000.  Bid security of no less than 10% required at time of bid.  Successful bidder shall provide Payment and Performance Bonds for 100% of the contract amount. Prevailing Wage rates apply. The Owner, as a matter of policy, shall meet or exceed a 3% DVB Subcontractor Participation goal. The work to be performed under this contract is subject to the requirements of Section 3 of the Housing and Urban Development Act of 1968 (12 USC Section 1701u) and its associated regulations (24 CFR Part 75), which are binding to Contractor and subcontractors.
