The County of San Diego, Owner, invites bids for AMMUNITION RD AND WEST ALVARADO STREET SIDEWALK IMPROVEMENT, ORACLE PROJECT NO. 1023588 AND 1023596; BID No. 11379.This is a community development block grant project, a federal assistance grant of the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. Sealed bids will be received at the Department of Purchasing and Contracting, at 5560 Overland Avenue, Ste. 270, San Diego, 92123, until 2:00 PM on January 13, 2022, at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud. You must be registered at the site in order to download documents. The Contractor shall possess, at the time of submitting the bid, a California contractor’s license, Classification A, General Engineering Contractor license. The cost of construction is estimated to be from $450,000 TO $475,000. Bid security of no less than 10% required at time of bid. Successful bidder shall provide Payment and Performance Bonds for 100% of the contract amount. Prevailing Wage rates apply.
